Some commentators are trying to establlish a link between poverty and terrorism. Some also try to establish a link between injustice/delyaed justice and terrorism.
This is complete hogwash.
Such authors are misleading the world by saying that poverty is a cause/reason due to which terrorism thrives.
World was very poor even in days when there was no terrorism. Even today many countries and places with extreme poverty don't have a terrorism problem.
Extreme religion combined with political ambitions is the root cause of terrorism.

Yes you are right. Poverty can not be the case of terrorism. It is used as a policy in the political context. Though no religion does not support terrorism there are some extremists who spread by the name of religion. They not only spread terror but also ruin the lives of youth like Kasab......Sachin.
